Landscape Workshop with Chris Daly

Swartland Photographic Club is are hosting a Landscape Workshop with Chris Daly http://www.digitalphotos.co.za/ on Saturday 9 March 2013.

 As some of your members might know he is a well known Landscape and Portrait Photographer whose skills and experience in these genres are highly regarded. It will cost R200 and your members are more then welcome to join us; if more people join we can lower the price. In this specific Workshop he will be focusing on landscapes. We will start off with some theory, continue with a practical where we will all go out and take a landscape image and then return to have them viewed and commented on by Chris. It will be happening in Malmesbury from 9am to 5pm/6pm. Refreshments will be available. We have two venues as current options and will confirm as soon as we know approximate numbers.

Proposed Workshops by Peter Haarhoff

Having gone over your Set Subjects for 2013, Peter would like to offer help to any new members or generally any member who would like the opportunity for photographs/professional advice. March : Texture/Tekstuur April    :  In the Mirror/In die Speel August :  Shadows/Skaduwees All 3 of the above are subjects that can be shot on a Township Tour @ R350.00 per person, minimum of 6 people October : Soft/Sag Peter would do a "Motion of the Ocean" workshop in Paternoster @ R250.00 per person, minimum of 6 people. The Motion of the Ocean  Learn how to use a slow shutter speed, to capture the blur of moving water and adding that WOW factor to your photographs.
